Velocity
without chaos

I build and run the internal IT layer for fast-growing tech companies — and I automate as much as it can be automated. 13 years in, I now focus on AI-powered tooling, security governance, and operational scale.

What I do

Three things I'm
really good at.

01

AI Enablement

I build AI tools that actually get used. Not pilots — production systems. An AI helpdesk agent that processes 50 tickets a day. A knowledge assistant serving 500 employees. I own the full lifecycle: problem definition, build, rollout.

02

Security & Compliance

I've contributed to two SOC 2 Type II certifications and built GDPR-compliant IT operations from scratch. I treat security as an operational discipline — not a checkbox exercise — and I design systems that stay compliant as companies grow.

03

Building IT from Zero

I've built IT functions from the ground up many times. That means processes, tooling, team structure, vendor relationships, and budget — all of it. I work best in environments where there's something real to build and little patience for bureaucracy.

A few things
I've built.

AI helpdesk agent that works the night shift

Support tickets were piling up — ~50 a day, lots of repetitive routing and manual triage.

I designed and deployed an AI agent that reads each incoming ticket, classifies it, retrieves the relevant client contract or documentation, drafts a response, and posts it as an internal note — all before a human opens it. Built on OpenAI, n8n, and Freshservice. No external vendor, no bloated SaaS contract.

Internal AI knowledge assistant

Employees were losing time searching across Confluence and Google Drive for answers that existed — just not findably.

I deployed LibreChat as an internal knowledge assistant, connected MCP Servers, letting employees ask natural-language questions and get answers sourced from the company's actual documentation. Deployed to production users, not a demo environment. I ran the full process: problem scoping, tool evaluation, build, and rollout.

SOC 2 Type II — twice

A company needed to pass SOC 2 to close enterprise deals. There was no existing IT compliance framework when I arrived.

I built the identity and access controls, automated the permission inventory, documented processes, and prepared the evidence. We achieved SOC 2 Type II certification — and then renewed it. Two certifications. No audit failures. The compliance infrastructure I built is still running.

Device onboarding: 60 minutes → 10 minutes

Every new hire took 60 minutes of manual IT setup. With a growing team, that was becoming a real drag.

I led a full MDM implementation — evaluation, vendor selection, configuration, and rollout. The result: zero-touch device deployment. New employees get a pre-configured machine. IT doesn't touch it manually. I also automated the offboarding side, which recovered ~20% of IT's manual workload and stopped ~€30K of hardware walking out the door each year.

About

The longer version.

I've spent 13 years inside the IT function of tech companies — mostly in Berlin, originally from Albania. I started as a systems engineer managing 500 computers, and gradually moved into building and leading entire IT operations from scratch.

What I care about most right now is the intersection of AI and internal tooling. Most companies are sitting on huge inefficiencies that could be automated — they just don't have someone who understands both the IT infrastructure and the AI layer well enough to connect them. That's the gap I try to fill.

When I'm not working, I'm usually learning something new in the AI/automation space, or trying to convince someone that their IT problems are more solvable than they think.
